On the submission of documents the insurance company will appoint a surveyor to verify the authenticity of the case and hospitalization.
Step 5: Claim Approval/Rejection
If the insurance company feels satisfied with the documents they will approve the claim and you will get the reimbursed amount but in case of any issue the claim might get rejected and they may ask for more documents for further proceedings.
