Eligibility

Smart Super Health Insurance Plan can be purchased by the people between the age group of 18 years and 65 years.

Exclusions

• Injuries suffered due to war, invasion, riots, etc.
• HIV positive situation, AIDS or sexually transmitted disease
• Disease or injury due to drug or alcohol addiction or abuse
• Condition of stress, depression, nervous disorders, anxiety, etc.
• Plastic or Cosmetic surgery, except due to an accidental injury
