Step 2: Claim Intimation
If the hospitalisation was planned, you must inform the team 48 hours before admission. However, if it is emergency hospitalisation, you get the option to be intimate within 48 hours after getting admitted. In both cases, it is crucial to update your insurer.
Step 3: Submit Pre-Authorization Form
Go to the third-party administration (TPA) counter and request a pre-authorization form. Fill it out and submit it to the hospital after getting admission. Make sure to follow step 2 beforehand as the form will be forwarded to the insurer for confirmation and approval.
Step 4: Documentation
While filing the Pre-authorization Form, certain documents must be attached, i.e., the insurer's cashless health care and KYC documents copies for verification.
Step 5: Claim Settlement
Your healthcare team will receive approval for cashless treatment from the insurance company after going through all the above-listed steps. But make sure to keep all your medical reports, bills, and other details intact with you for future reference. Once approved, your entire treatment cost will be paid by the insurer to the hospital.

Step 1: Hospitalisation and Treatment
Get yourself admitted to any non-network hospital and reach out to your insurance team updating about the impending claim. Make sure to submit the reimbursement claim form a month before hospital discharge.
Step 2: Pay Hospital Bills
Get yourself treated and pay for hospital dues and bills from your pocket.
Step 3: Document Collection
Signed and sealed bills related to your treatment at the hospital must be submitted to the insurer along with the claim form and Discharge Card provided by the hospital. Make sure your documents include your name, admission rate, hospital registration number, as well as doctor’s prognosis prescription. Step 4: Verify your documents
