​Eligibility

The minimum age limit for entry under this plan is 18 years for adults and policyholder, 91 days for dependent children, and 1 day for children under a floater plan. The maximum age limit for entry under this plan is 70 years for adults and 25 years for children.

Exclusions

• Treatment required due to addictions and substance abuse
• Expenses incurred in artificial life maintenance
• Expenses related to spectacles, hearing aids, eyesight are excluded
• Weight loss surgery is not included under this plan
• Any injury arising due to an intention of self-harm
