The policy is available in three variants Silver plan, Gold plan and Platinum plan.

Scope of Coverage

• Pre-hospitalisation for Silver 30 days, Gold 60 days & Platinum 90 days before hospitalisation
• Inpatient treatment, like physiotherapy costs, room rent, medicines, nursing charges, doctor’s fee, etc.
• Post-hospitalisation for Silver 60 days, Gold 90 days, Platinum 180 days after discharge
• Daycare treatment coverage (cashless or reimbursement service)
• Emergency ambulance cover for transportation of the patient
• Organ donor transplantation up to a specified amount
• Domiciliary treatment coverage if the doctor suggests

Eligibility

The minimum entry age under the plan is 91 days, and the maximum entry age is 65 years. There is no maximum age limit to renew the policy.

Exclusions

• Medication for injuries that happen due to a self-inflicting act
• Hospitalisation for the treatment of health issues related to mental disorder
• Sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV or AIDS, etc.
• Treatment expenses due to the use or abuse of alcohol, tobacco, etc.
• An illness or disease caused by a military operation, an act of war or invasion of foreign countries
