Eligibility

Anyone between 18 years and 65 years can buy Edelweiss Health Insurance Policy. Dependent children can be covered from 91 days up to 26 years of age.

Exclusions

• No cover for voluntary medical termination of pregnancy during the first 12 weeks
• No cover expenses for ectopic pregnancy under the policy
• No medical expenses for a newborn baby
• No cover for the medical expenses incurred in illegal termination of pregnancy
• Miscarriage due to the use or abuse of alcohol, tobacco, etc.
