It also provides Chronic Management Program, which helps those diagnosed with ABCD i.e. Asthma, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2) recover fast.

Eligibility

To purchase the Activ Health Enhanced plan, the minimum entry age is 91 days. There is no maximum entry age.

Exclusions

• Expenses related to weight management programs or treatments
• Medical treatment for AIDS and/or infection with HIV
• Treatment taken outside India is excluded
• Injury or illness caused due to riot, war, strike, nuclear weapons
• Intentional self-injury or attempt suicide sane or insane
