Eligibility

Any person who is at least 91 days old can be enrolled under this policy. There is no restriction on the maximum age under this plan.

Exclusions

• Any injury/disease caused by an act of a foreign enemy, war, revolution, uprising, or military acts
• Expenses arising due to intentional self-injury or breach of law with criminal intent
• Cosmetic, re-shaping treatments, aesthetic treatments, and surgeries
• Spectacles, hearing aids, or contact lenses including optometric therapy
• Use of intoxicating substances such as drugs, alcohol, tobacco chewing, smoking, etc.
