Step 3: Enter the expiry date of your previous bike insurance Policy and the name of your previous bike insurance company. Also, you will have to disclose if you have made any bike insurance claim during the previous policy year and then click on the ‘Continue’ tab.

Step 4: Fill up your personal details correctly which includes your name, mobile number and policy tenure for which you want to buy an insurance plan and click on the ‘Submit and Get Quotes’ link.

Step 5: Various premium quotes for a bike insurance policy which are provided by different insurance companies shall appear on your screen. Compare and choose a bike insurance plan quote which suits your budget and needs in the best manner. Also, you can choose some add-on covers of your choice at this stage of the renewal process.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button and check all the details entered by you before initiating the payment process for the renewal of your KTM bike insurance plan. Cashless Bike Insurance for KTM Bikes

If you are a KTM bike owner, you can raise a cashless bike insurance claim by getting your bike repaired at the network garage of your insurance company. After an accident, you must inform your insurer about the incident soon after it happened to initiate the process of a cashless bike insurance claim. With this process, you can get your KTM bike repaired at a network garage without paying anything and your insurance company will be paying for the repair expenses on your behalf.

The cashless bike insurance claim process does not let you worry about the repair expense of your after an accident. It holds fewer formalities to go through and need lesser documents too in comparison to the reimbursement claim process. Under the cashless claim process, your insurer sends a surveyor immediately after an accident which provides the pace to the procedure as the claim is settled based on the report developed by the surveyor. The insurance companies hold top-notch workshops in their network to help policyholders get the best repair service without paying anything.

KTM Cashless Bike Insurance Claim Process

The cashless bike insurance claim process for your KTM bike is hassle-free and it can be executed easily by the policy buyers by following the below given easy steps:

Step 1: You can start the cashless bike insurance claim settlement process for your KTM bike by informing the insurance company within 24 hours of the accident or mishap to the insured bike. You can call them on their official toll-free number or visit the nearest branch of the insurance company. The claim can also be registered online by you in order to initiate the claim settlement process.

Step 2: Once the intimation is made, a customer care executive of the insurance provider contacts you. You are required to inform them about your policy number, time, location, date and all other relevant information regarding the mishap. The executive would then give you a claim registration number which could be saved for further use.

Step 3: A surveyor is sent by the insurance company to gauge the extent of loss caused to the Hero bike at the time of the accident. If there is third party property damage, then you are required to give its vehicle registration number. Also, the contact information of the witnesses can be given as proof. The repair cost is estimated by the surveyor alongside a duly filled claim form, incident proof and policy document.

Step 4: Once all the aspects are assessed, approval is given by the insurer. The payment is made by the insurance company to the network garage after confirming its legal and financial liabilities. The claim amount is calculated after taking into account the deductibles and depreciation.

KTM Reimbursement Bike Insurance Claim

In case you are not able to locate any nearby network garage or wish to get your bike repaired in some other garage, then you can register a reimbursement claim. Once the reimbursement claim has been made, you would receive compensation for the repair by the insurance company. You can place a reimbursement claim for your KTM bike by following the below-given steps:

Step 1: The reimbursement claim process can be initiated by intimating the insurance company about the incidence i.e information regarding the accident, location, time, witnesses etc. This can be done by dialling their helpline number or visiting their nearest branch. It is extremely significant to inform the insurance company soon after the theft or accident of the insured KTM bike.

Step 2: The insurance company executive will give you a call after the intimation is made. You are required to inform the representative regarding the details of the mishap and the policy number. Thereafter, the representative will present you with a unique claim reference number.

Step 3: A surveyor is appointed by the insurance company to evaluate the extent of loss caused to the KTM bike after the accident. It is not advisable to tow your bike to the garage for repair before the surveyor comes to the place of the incident. An estimated repair cost is prepared by the surveyor and he also collects all the necessary documents like duly filed claim form, witnesses and proofs of the incident, etc.

Step 4: Once the surveyor gives approval, you can take your bike to a nearby garage for the repair and make payment for the same after the repair is done. Once the repair of the KTM bike is done, you are required to submit the receipt and bills alongside the policy document to the insurance company for reimbursement. Afterwards, the insurance provider verifies and disburses the claim after considering all the deductibles and depreciation.
