1. File an FIR at the nearest police station and take a copy of the same in case you have lost your bike’s RC. 
2. Visit the official website of PARIVAHAN
3. Fill out form 26. 
4. Pay the service fee. 
5. You will get your RC on mail which you can download and print. 

How To Get Duplicate RC Offline? 

If you are having trouble getting your bike’s registration certificate online, you can do the same offline. You will need to download and fill out the form 26. This will contain details of your bike and the reason why you are applying for a duplicate RC. You will also be required to produce the copy of the FIR in case you have lost or misplaced your vehicle’s RC. If your original RC is damaged, you will be asked to produce it to approve your application for a duplicate RC. Apart from these documents, you will require your Aadhar card, bike insurance certificate, no objection certificate from the financier and valid pollution under control certificate. You will have to submit these documents at the nearest RTO to receive your duplicate RC.
