5. Fire Service Vehicles and Ambulance: Whenever there is a fire service vehicle or an ambulance coming from behind, give way to it by moving your car to the closest extreme left or right lane.
6. Pedestrian Rights: Pedestrians have a right to way on the footpaths or cycle tracks. No driver of a motor vehicle is allowed to drive on such footpaths.
7. Traffic Signs: All motor vehicle drivers should obey the traffic signs, signals and instructions by police officers.
8. Distance From Vehicle in Front: Every driver must keep sufficient distance from the vehicle ahead to avoid collision in case of sudden brake. 
9. Abrupt Brake: No one should apply abrupt brakes unless its necessary for safety reasons.
10. Should Keep Documents: While driving, the driver must have his driving licence, Registration Certificate (RC), certificate of taxation and certificate of insurance of the vehicle.
