Scope of Coverage

• The policy provides coverage for the spouse, dependent children and parents
• AYUSH treatment is covered up to 20% of the Sum Insured
• A newborn baby is covered for any disease from the date of his/her birth
• The cover is available for nursing expenses, accommodation, ICU and doctor’s fee, etc.
• Cover for road and air ambulance to transport patients
• Expenses for OPD at every two continuous claim-free years
• HIV/AIDS or other Sexually Transmitted Diseases are also covered

Eligibility

Any woman aged 18 years to 65 years is eligible to buy this policy. The policy also covers financially dependent children from 18 years to 25 years. Children from 3 months to 18 years are also eligible to be covered under the policy provided either of their parents are covered with them.

Exclusions

• An injury due to getting involved in unlawful activities
• Pre-existing diseases are not covered within 36 months from the policy purchase date
• Injuries due to war, military operation, or act of foreign enemy
• Claim for diseases within the first 30 days from the policy start date
• Expenses on tonics until or unless recommended by the attending doctor
