Scope of Coverage

• Cover for 30 days pre-hospitalisation expenses

• Domiciliary treatment if exceeds 3 days under critical conditions
• Expenses incurred in 140+ daycare procedures
• Reimbursement of Ayurvedic treatment when it is taken in defined hospitals
• Cover for ICU/ICCU expenses not more than 2% of the sum insured per day

Eligibility

The minimum and maximum entry age for the Platinum plan are 18 & 35 years, Gold plan 36 & 60 years and Senior Citizen plan 61 & 65 years. Children from the age of 91 days are also insured under the Platinum plan provided either or both of the parents are covered.

Exclusions

• Dental treatment unless caused by an accident
• An injury directly or indirectly caused by nuclear weapons/materials
• Any pre-existing condition(s) until 4 years of continuous coverage
• Any complication arising from pre-existing diseases
• Cost of contact lenses, spectacles, and hearing aids
