To process cashless claims under United India Insurance plans, you must follow the steps given below:

• Intimate United India Insurance or the TPA about hospitalisation at least 72 hours prior to admission in case of planned hospitalisation and within 24 hours of hospitalisation in case of emergency hospitalisation. 
• Show your health ID card at the network hospital. Fill the pre-authorization form at the network hospital and send it to TPA for authorization.
• Your documents will be verified thoroughly by the insurance company or the TPA.
• The insurance company will approve your request for a claim.
• The insurance company will settle the bills directly at the network hospital. 

To process reimbursement claims under United India Insurance plans, you must follow the steps given below:

• Get hospitalised in a non-network hospital and intimate United India Insurance or the TPA about hospitalisation at least 72 hours prior to admission in case of planned hospitalisation and within 24 hours of hospitalisation in case of emergency hospitalisation. 
• Avail the required medical treatment and pay for the same, out of your own pocket. 
• Submit the required documents including payment receipts from doctors, surgeons, etc. to the United India Insurance. 
• The insurance company will then verify your documents.
• If the claim is made in accordance to the terms and conditions of the policy, then the insurer will approve your claim and pay you for the expenses incurred during the treatment.
