Registering at the HDFC Life Insurance portal is quite easy. You simply need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Navigate to the official website of HDFC Life Insurance and in the side tab, click on the second option indicated by a human-like icon.

Step 1: Visit the official HDFC Life Insurance website and click on the second option with the “Human-like” icon on the side tab.
Step 2: From the list of options, click on “Customers” > “Individual”.

Original cancelled cheque, bank statement with pre-printed account number, IFSC code or a copy of the bank passbook can be submitted.

How will I know my claim has been registered?
After sending the documents HDFC Life will send an acknowledgement letter within 15 days of receiving them. Any further requirements shall be notified via letter, email or SMS on your registered mobile number.

What to do if the policy documents are not available with the nominee?
