Daily Life Change After Coronavirus Lockdown

Life After Coronavirus Lockdown - Lockdown has changed the way we live. And a return to how life was in the beginning of 2020 seems a little distant reality. We must admit that even when the lockdown is lifted, coronavirus (COVID-19) will affect our lives in many ways.

Let us take a look at how life would be post lockdown.

  1. Greetings

Before the coronavirus pandemic, we used to greet each other majorly through handshakes, hugs and high fives. All the greeting gestures be it professional or personal involved a physical contact of some form. However, now even after the lockdown people will switch to verbal greetings, a friendly gesture through namaste or will move to any other innovative way to greet everyone around them, not involving any physical contact.

2. Masks

When stepping out of the homes, masks will become mandatory for everyone. Earlier masks were usually related to the doctors, however, today they have become a very common thing. Although, in the beginning it might have felt a bit weird, however, with time people are now accepting it more than ever in order to not compromise on their safety. Also, with a major increase in the demand, masks price will rise up significantly. A variety of masks will be available in the market starting from daily wear to fancy marks.

3. Flight Journeys

To avoid the crowd at airports, staggered flights, and change in the check-in process could be witnessed. The passengers might be required to arrive 2 hours before the flight timing and they could be asked to wear masks and gloves. There will be dedicated staff with thermometers at all the gates. Also, airports will be disinfected properly. Plus, there will be a vacant seat between two passengers.

The passengers will be required to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters in the metro by leaving a seat in between if sitting. Manual and electronic surveillance will be increased.

5. Movie Theatre Visits

Cinema halls will be properly sanitized with temperature checks in each cinema hall. All the visitors might be required to wear a mask and gloves. Also, social distancing practice could be followed by selling a fewer number of tickets, which will be sold digitally.

6. Shopping

Entry to the outlets could be allowed only with prior appointment. A big change will be that there will not be any changing room or trial room. The customers might be required to maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance from each other. Also, the customers might not be offered the facility of return or exchange in most cases.
