There are two types of claims available, one is a cashless claim and another is a reimbursement claim. - Enter the required details on the Admission Info page
- Click Select Hospital
- Enter the Pincode > Click Search
- Select the Network Hospital from the hospital search list > Click Submit
- Click Review & Submit
- Click Submit to get your Claim Intimation Number (or Edit to modify your details)
- A Success message will appear with your Claim Intimation Number

Ques 1. How to make an intimation in the case of an emergency admission?
Ans. In case of emergency admission you have to intimate the claim and inform your insurer within 24 hours of hospitalisation.

Ques 3. What is a network hospital?
Ans. Network hospitals are the hospitals from which insurance company have tie-up and there you can avail the benefit of cashless hospitalisation.
Ques 4. What is the time frame for submitting a reimbursement claim?
Ans. The time frame to submit a reimbursement claim according to the policy guideline is within 15-30 days after the date of discharge.
Ques 5. How does cashless claim settlement work?
Ans. Cashless claim settlement works when you will take a treatment at the network hospital. You have to inform your insurer about hospitalisation and when treatment will get over insurer will settle the bill of the hospital directly.
