    The Corona Kavach Plan by HDFC ERGO General Insurance will compensate your medical expenses related to the treatment of Covid-19 within 15 days from the policy commencement date only. The insurance company will not be liable to pay for any expenses until the expiry of the stated waiting period.

  • How much is the coverage for pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation expenses?

    The insurance company indemnify pre-hospitalisation expenses and pre-hospitalisation expenses and home care treatment expenses incurred for a fixed period of 15 days prior to the date of hospitalisation or home care treatment and for a fixed period of 30 days from the date of discharge from the hospital covered under the insurance provider.
