  • What are the waiting periods under My:Health Koti Suraksha Policy?

    My:Health Koti Suraksha Policy comes with the following waiting periods: 

    • For all illnesses except accident: 30 days in the first year and is not applicable in subsequent renewals 
    • Specific illnesses and treatments: 24 months in the first two years and is not applicable in subsequent renewals
    • Pre-existing diseases: covered after a waiting period of 48 months.
  • Is the payment made on reimbursement basis or benefit basis, under My:Health Koti Suraksha Policy?

    Under My:Health Suraksha Policy, the payment is made on reimbursement basis for hospitalisation expenses, road ambulance expenses, domiciliary expenses, organ donor expenses, and alternative treatment; whereas on  benefit basis for accidental death, permanent disablement, temporary total disability, broken bones, burns, hospital cash, and add ons of critical illness and hospital daily cash.

  • What are the premium payment options available under My:Health Koti Suraksha Policy?

    The premiums for My:Health Koti Suraksha Policy can be paid on yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly installments.
