Will zero-depreciation add-on cover provide coverage for total damage?
The Zuno zero depreciation add-on cover will not provide coverage for the total damage of the insured bikes. The case of a total loss is also excluded from this add-on coverage.

The zero depreciation add-on cover can be bought only along with a standalone own-damage bike insurance policy or a comprehensive bike insurance policy.
Renewal
When will I have to renew my Zuno bike insurance policy?
When you buy a bike insurance policy to secure your two-wheeler, the insurance company provides you with its document where the expiry date of the policy is mentioned. You are required to renew your plan before the expiry date. However, if you fail to renew your plan before its expiry date, you can also renew your policy within the grace period of 90 days from the expiry date.
What will happen if I policy is not renewed even after 90 days of its expiry?
If the bike insurance policy is not renewed even after 90 days of its expiry, you will have to face the consequences like the loss of No Claim Bonus, you will be penalised for riding a bike without a valid insurance policy and you will have to buy a new policy.
Can I extend the policy coverage while renewing my Zuno bike insurance plan?
Yes, you can expand the coverage of your policy during renewal by opting for add-on covers provided by your insurance company. However, to avail the add-on covers, you will have to pay an extra premium.
Can No Claim Bonus be transferred from any insurer to Zuno General Insurance?
Yes, you can transfer your No Claim Bonus (NCB )benefit from any general insurance company to Zuno General Insurance when you opt for another bike insurance policy of another insurance company. Zuno General Insurance allows the policyholders of different insurers to provide them with the benefits which they have earned if a timely and valid transfer is made.
Can I renew my bike insurance policy if I do not have the policy number?
Yes, if you do not hold the policy number with you, still, you can renew your policy by entering the registered mobile number or e-mail address in the renewal section at the website of Zuno General Insurance.
