  • What is the coverage amount provided under the Secure All plan?

    The sum insured limit available under this plan ranges between Rs. 1.5 Lakh to Rs. 5 Lakh.

  • Who are all eligible to get covered under Secure All policy from my family?

    The Secure All policy offers the coverage to Self, Spouse, and dependent persons who bear legal relation with the policyholder.  

  • Is any discount offered under the Secure All plan?

    Yes, a family discount of 5% is offered for adding two family members and 10% is given for including 3 or more members under the policy. Discount can be withdrawn at the time of renewal if the number of members covered under the plan found less than 3.

  • What is the coverage term of this health insurance plan?

    The Secure All Plan is available with the coverage term of 1 and 2 years. 
     

  • Is any recovery benefit offered under the Secure All policy?

    Yes, a lump sum amount of Rs. 25000 is offered under the recovery benefit only if the duration of hospitalisation in the hospital exceeds 15 days. 

  • Does this plan provide hospital cash to its customers?

    Yes, a fixed amount is paid as a daily benefit for every completed 24 hours of hospitalisation subject to a specified maximum amount on the request of a valid claim for hospitalisation under the plan. 

  • What is the exit age of this health insurance policy?

    There is no exit age in the Secure All policy. The plan can constantly be renewed subject to payment of the premium within the grace period.

  • What is the geographical limit of treatment in case of accidents?

    All medical treatments offered under Secure All Policy have to be taken in India only. However, the Personal Accident Benefit offered under this plan operates worldwide.

  • Do I need to go through any medical examination to get this plan?

    The pre-medical examination is required only for persons above 60 years of age.

  • Can I get any tax benefit with the purchase of Secure All policy?

    Yes, the premium amount of this plan is eligible to get exempted from income tax as per the section 80D of the Income Tax Act. If any non-dependent member or members get the coverage under this policy, the exemption will go null and void.
