To support your third party car insurance claim please provide a copy of your car insurance policy document to the MACT.
Step 5 - File a Case at the Tribunal
In order to receive the final claim, the third party has to file a case with the MACT. After review by the MACT, the decision on the compensation is made based on the nature and extent of the accident.
Step 6 - Claim Settlement
After careful review by the MACT the final compensation amount will be shared. Note that in case of bodily injury and demise of a third party, the turnaround time for paying off compensation is three years.
